Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the wheels in their original factory packaging, ensuring all skewers, brake pads, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the items back to our inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the wheels are in new condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
